1. THE TRAGEDY OF LATVIA AND RUSSIA.

The assistant of judge Mr. N.Lurins to sent the act judge's of Administrative district law-court (Administrativa rajona tiesa) Mrs. K.Jandava about refusal to pass in legal proceedings my petition on the 14 of June 2012 (register Nr. 8609) to me: Dr. habil. hist. Indulis Ronis. I to pleaded this law-court to hear a case against The President of Minister Mr. Valdis Dombrovskis and against The Chairman of the Disciplinary council of justices of The Supreme Court of Republic of Latvia Mr. P.Dzalbe about the refusal to review my request: to renew the observation of the laws into a working of the governments establishment (organ) and of the justiciary of Latvia -- into the relationships to me.
I now to do the by-complaint against the act the judge's Mrs. K.Jandava to the Administrative region law-court (Administrativa apgabaltiesa), in order to fulfil the demand of the laws of Latvia.
I to prognosticate the negatory answer. I will to take refuge in competence institutions of European Union (EU) therefore, because the succor is to refuswing to me into the all levels of law-courts and into all levels of state and governments institutions of Latvia.
2.AS LONG AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE REGION LAW-COURT TO PREPARE ONESELF FOR THE LABOUR.
I to received the letter (06.07. 2012 Nr.2.6-9/3704/1) from the assistant of judge G.Purina, that the judge of Administrative district law-court S.Audzere to adopt my by-complaint and to relegated it to Administrative region law-court on the 5 of July 2012.
I to received also the letter (the 6 of July 2012; Nr. 6-70033612/24; AA 43-3698-12/15; 1-12/4080) from the assistant of judge N.Harlamova, that my by-complaint to passed in the proceedings on the 6 of July 2012. My by-complaint will to hear a case in the written procedings in such composition: the judge-reader M.Birzgalis, the judge K.Berkis and the judge A.Steinbergs on the 12 of September 2012.
OK! It is excellent -- I have the satisfactory time to bring international society up-to authentic situation in the Latvian courts, government and parliament, how about my international activity also.
I will to hand short exposition in english, but full text of documents in the commentary in such sequence: commentary Nr. 1-1 -- my request to Minister President Valdis Dombrovskis and to The Chairman of the Disciplinary council of justices of The Supreme Court of Republic of Latvia Mr. P.Dzalbe of the 7 of May 2012; Nr.2-2 --my request to law-court on the 14 of June 2012; Nr. 3-3 -- my by-complaint of the 4 of July 2012.
After that I will to expound my relational with Parliament (Saeima), and with the Offis of the State President, Forin offis, diplomatic-body etc. and my historical experience to Latvian law system.
I will to avail of the holiday time in the institutions of EU, that I would inform the society. I will narrate about persons concerned, who to be connected with the secrets of global terrorists.
I will to narrate about the authentic father of the Perestroika -- the penult President of Soviet Union --democrat Andrei A.Gromyko. The death of Andrei A. Gromyko on the 2 July of 1989 to became on tragedy of Perestroika. The secretary general of Communist party M.Gorbatshow to attained one's aim -- full political power. M.Gorbatshow to became to last President of Soviet Union and he to open hostilities against the deeply democratization of Russia (so-called Katastroika).
I will to expond my version about the former state secretary of USA Condoleezza Rice, today the professor of Stanford University and researcher of Hoover institute, as the antagonist of democratization of Russia. I will to expound my version about the many member of Latvian mankind "Club-21"(diplomats Valdis Birkavs, Martins Virsis, Maris Riekstins etc.) -- how active participiants of Katastroika and their possible collaboration with global terrorists also. I will to document my version richly!
I will to base on my standpoint about the course of the foreign policy of USA under the leadership the state secretary Hilary Clinton -- as the central guarantee to democratic evolution of the Baltic states. THANK YOU, HILARY!
